Go to Device Manager and you have to see when you insert the cable into the receiver a change exactly like when you insert a stick usb if not then it does not communicate with the pc.The instructions are f good ,the draiver is the problem or the cable,does not use the power to the receiver

you don't have the draiver installed or try another usb port to your pc,goes to the blue port,disable driver signature enforcement

Is it worth buying an am6b plus for coreelec ,or in the future something better will come along?

Coreelec is best for movies but we don't just watch movies,speed is the main asset at 14,smb works very fast .the picture is better,the sound the same ihave no jam.I'm interested in dts play-fy i have many philips devices with play-fy and it pairs perfectly with 14

That's right, but it doesn't make much the difference, i used and coreelec with lg oled g3,14 is very fast , DMC now has subtitles .org,SMB works very fast,it has DTS PLAY-FI

strange,for me 14 goes very well.movies with torrserve are going well cu DMC no error.It moves very fast in the menu better than on 12, the pictures is perfect
