Are the BBC and ITV links no longer working for netplus, or have they changed?

Previously the following worked:

https://viamotionhsi.netplus.ch/live/eds/itv/browser-dash/itv.mpd

Is there any X-Forwarded-For address that is working for the ZDF streams? The one I was using previously for 3sat is no longer working after the link change.
