I have just uploaded a new version to the Github repository. This version is supposed to not need botan library any more. I hope to increase portability to more platforms with that.

Not at this point in time. VOD requires extra subscription which I don't have.
VOD is from Kodi perspective something different and requires another class of plugin. Not pvr but video addon.
Don't know which country you are located in. I assume only EON Set-top-boxes are in category 1. At least for Telemach. So answer is: Category 2. Probably this is what you call mobile devices.

...ich "pvr-isiere" mich weiter munter durch die TV-Landschaft. Diesmal ARD.
Ist mehr zum Rumspielen aktuell. Eigentlich wollte ich den 2h Timebuffer der Mediathek ausbeuten um immer schnell die Tagesschau sehen zu können. Bis die in der Mediathek ist, sind die Nachrichten alt. Naja, ich weiß aber nicht wie ich an die richtige Stelle springen kann. Zum Anfang geht und am Ende (live) auch.
ProgrammVORschau ist auch so ein Thema. Die ARD liefert da mehr den Blick zurück in die letzte Woche. Wäre auch noch einen Aufgabe dort den historischen EPG mit dem Content zu matchen sodass man beliebige Sendungen aus dem Replay aus der Mediathek starten kann.
So bleibt es aktuell beim Live-TV. Das könnte man sich aber auch via m3u und IPTVSimple besorgen.
Bemerkungen:
- Das war schnell programmiert, weil es kein Login Gedöns gab.
- Die API der ARD ist eine Katastrophe - verglichen z.B. mit HRT (öffentlich -rechtlich in Kroatien) oder EON oder Livgolf. Warum muss es immer so sein, wie man vermutet? Könnten ein paar ihrer Gebühren - Milliarden in eine gescheite API investieren? Immer nur für blöden Fußball ausgeben, den auch andere übertragen würden ![[ae]](https://www.kodinerds.net/wcf/images/smilies/smiley42.gif "ae"){kind=small}
20.6.2 ist die Version von pvr.hts. Ich vermute es ist noch kein TVHEADEND installiert und chris denkt dass es ohne geht.

Botan seems to be a bit tricky in cross-compiling scenarios. What I needed it for was basically only AES128-CBC and SHA256. Pretty basic stuff. It could also be implemented differently so we could get rid of Botan.
For AES tiny AES. And for SHA SHA256. For example.
Somebody voluntary to create a pull request? Or alternative suggestions? Personally I don't feel too much pain to do something because it is working fine 
Unfortunately I can't compile a working package for ARM v8-A. I am complaining and testing on Allwinner H5 SoC, but on LE 11.0.1 the addon failed to start.
How did you compile? Natively on the system? Is it Linux or Android?
That's clear. I've never compiled a version for that architecture.

Okay, but what is your problem? You did not provide a debug [definition='1','0']log[/definition], or did I overlook it? Except the one showing that you couldn't install the addon. And since others have managed the installation it does not seem to be a general problem.
Great - then we have confirmation from Slovenia, Bulgaria and Bosnia that it is working. Missing still SBB/Serbia and Nova/Greece if I am not mistaken.
- Windows should be possible but someone needs to compile the addon.
- VOD would be plugin.video. This cannot be integrated into a PVR addon. PVR is for LiveTV and Replay/Restart only in Kodi.
Thank you for the [definition='1','0']log[/definition]. The API does not accept username / password. Did you double check that they are correct and without blanks? And that you are not hitting the limit of max devices? I assume so. If that is true I need to enhance the logs with more details.

Hintergrund:
Meine PVR Addons unterstützen Restart. Allerdings ist es umständlich auzurufen. Ok lange drücken - Sender suchen - lange Drücken - Programmübersicht auswählen - ok - Sendung ansehen - ok. Das könnte man deutlich verkürzen. Über Info dauert es auch zu lange (ich nutze die Shield Fernbedienung mit wenig Knöpfen). Mir schwebt es etwas kürzer vor. Jedenfalls wäre es mir wichtiger als die meisten anderen Knöpfe in der Leiste. Wäre das evtl. machbar?

Your providers don't use the default cdn. Thus I made the provider selectable in configuration. I don't know if it makes a difference, but if you want to test...
obviously something is not working for other providers.
In order to find the missing pieces following things would be helpful:
1) debug [definition='1','0']log[/definition]
2) which fields in the setting.xml are filled (except username and password)
3) best would be if I could get temporary access to an account. Send me PM in case of interest

Hi Nirvana. If it is possible , please also add this addon in the kodi nerds repo.
Unfortunately I don't think it is possible. Probably it is Python only because it is paltform independent. All PVR Addons are in the Kodi Repo.
Regarding your problem. I completely removed the addon and they reinstall without problems on my side.
