ich hatte ein Komma vergessen hinter MyPi
Hi, hab ich gemacht, aber leider kein Erfolg. Boblight geht, aber Hyperion leider nicht!
Wohin muß die Hyperion config denn eigentlich?
Nach Userdata\addon_data\service.multimedia.boblightd
oder Configfiles ?
device ist aber 100 pro ttyUSB0 . Denn in Boblight geht das ja. Und wenn ich ls /dev schaue ist das das Gerät was verschwindet wenn ich es abstecke!!

Als Test habe ich einen raspberry 3 mit Libreelec einen Arduino mit USB am Raspberry und die LEDS sind mit Masse und Data am Arduino. Aber trotz Hyperion.ng bekomme ich keine Verbindung...
Hi, wie kann ich am einfachsten zu Hyperion wechseln? Ich habe boblight am laufen mit einem Arduino, das geht soweit auch.
Ich habe Hyperion installiert und in das addonverzeichnis dann die conf reinkopiert.

Also Verbindung habe ich jetzt mal. Habe dafür mein eigenes Libreelec compiliert und habe die Treiberunterstützung für ch340 Chips eingebaut.
Leider leuchtet das Ambilight jetzt auf, aber es ändert die Farbe nicht. Da stimmt wohl noch etwas mit dem Plugin nicht... bleibe dran

Habe meinen rockpy am laufen und will mein ambilight jetzt nö h anschließen. Hatte bisher eine Lösung mit arduino und boblight. Aber irgendwie bekomme ich keine Verbindung zu meinem arduino. Ich bekomme einfach nicht raus welches device es sein soll hab schon alle Nummern ttyusb von 0-10 durch, aber leider nichts... Jemand ne Idee? Oder sollte ich lieber auf Hyperion umsteigen? Der rockpy hat ja auch gpio Ports.
Also hab heute meinen Rockchip bekommen und gleich mal Libreelec drauf gehauen.
Ich kann nur sagen, ersteindruck ist WOW!!! Netflix läuft mit 1080p ohne Murren, platz nach oben ist da... hab aber kein 4k.
Allerdings ist die Temperatur auch wow, hatte nach paar Minuten 83 Grad!! Habe mir dann 3 kleinere Chipkühler auf Ram und CPU geklebt und kühle das ganze mit einem kleinen Lüfter über USB Lautlos. NAch kurzer Zeit waren es dann nur noch 53 grad das passt dann.
Hab den RockPi mit 1 GB ohne Bluetooth und Wifi. Mein China BT Stick funktioniert aber prima und wifi brauch ich nicht. Mal sehen was das Ding nach paar Wochen einsatz so sagt...

Ich experimentiere gerade mit alter Hardware!
Ich habe hier einen alten hp 635 Laptop mit AMD E-350. Auf diesen habe ich Ubuntu 16 installiert und boote dann direkt in Kodi. Dort habe ich Netflix eingerichtet und kann mit dieser Konstellation 1080p Full HD ansehen. Das System verbraucht dann ca 30 Watt da die beiden CPU Kerne zu nahezu 100% ausgelastet sind. Allerdings habe ich Star Trek Discovery eine Episode angesehen und konnte diesen fast ohne Ruckeln und ohne puffern ansehen. Ich finde das schon sehr beachtlich für so ein altes Teil was nie wirklich viel Leistung hatte!
Live TV über TVHeadend habe ich auch versucht, hier war die CPU auf 20-30% und es gab keine Probleme!! Verbrauch war ca 20 Watt!
Zweiter Test war ein Medion Axoya MD 98410 Notebook mit i3 350m.
Auch hier habe ich das selbe getestet, aber dieses Gerät konnte weder Live TV in HD noch Netflix ordentlich abspielen. Evt schlechterer Treiber Support?
Da sieht man mal wie man sich täuschen kann. Hätte vom Bauch her das Intel System als potenter bzw. besser eingeschätzt. Aber das AMD schlägt es um längen...
Nur Live TV in SD Qualität lief 100% gut mit ca 15 Watt verbrauch!!
Was habt ihr noch für alte "Schätze". Finde sowas sehr spannend!

für Kodi gibt es ja das Hyperion Addon, mit dem in Verbindung mit einem Raspberry Pi ein Ambilight realisiert werden kann.

Weil Du entweder ein direktes Update von LE durchgeführt hast, oder aber ein LE Backup in eine CE Installation eingespielt hast.Beides wird ausdrücklich nicht empfohlen, da es zu Problemen führen kann.
In Deinem Fall nehme ich sogar an, Du hast ein direktes Update ausgeführt, was auch den fehlerhaften Device Tree erklären würde,Bei einer frischen CE Installation lautet das root Kennwort "coreelec".

Fehlerbeschreibung:
Ich starte die Box, Licht geht an (weiß). Kurz darauf geht Licht kurz aus und wieder an (weiß) und bleibt dann so ohne sich zu ändern! Wenn ich Den Boblight Server deaktiviere und aktiviere geht Licht kurz aus und dann wieder an, also ist da wohl irgendwie eine Verbindung!
