    Plattform refuses your credentials.

    1) Double check spelling of username/password.

    2) Double check in the user portal if you have registered already the maximum amount of devices. If so delete one and retry.

    1) The name and password are certainly correct. I checked again.
    2) The devices are not registered in the portal. The operator says that only under 5 devices with 1 account can watch at the same time.
    postscript: I have 2 other devices working fine with the same version. I don't know why this android tv is failing :)

    Ok, i manage to load channels on ChromeCast 4 but they won't play.

    I'm guessing this is the error, but i'm not realy sure why it's there:

    I tried to log in with different profile data (i have acess to more profiles) and with different user it works. So i'm guessing there is some block implemented on Telemach side for some users. Don't realy know why.

    I only know that certain channels or certain broadcasts are blocked by eon. But generally PVR.eon should behave the same as the original app. If geoblocked then no matter which client you use.

    It's not geoblocked. I have username from my sister and from my friend and with both of them app works as intended. When i use my username, then app returns HTTP 403 error. We all live in 10 km radius. Must be something on Telemach side. App works ok. Keep up the good work.

    I have tried to install the latest pvr 21.78 armeabi-v7a on my tv. But after the login with my credentials it doesn't work. The addon only blinks "loading channels from client" for a second than nothing happens no channels in the TV section. So I tried on my Android phone, same case scenario. However I have tried the following:


    Installed Kodi 21 with pvr 20.61 it loaded those channels then I have uninstalled it but only the addon saved the credentials data. Afterwards I have installed the latest version 21.78, but it shows "one or more errors..check the log for more info"

    And here my problem is. My Android TV and my Phone are with Android 11 and 14. Google has restriced the access to the obb files, Android / data folder files and even my phone is rooted I cannot access the Kodi's log file to get the errors to show you.


    I have tried with version Kodi 20.5 with addon 20.76 - same thing nothing even loads it stays empty in the tv section after logging in with my credentials.

    Any advise on how to get it resolved? Im trying to use my VIVACOM bulgarian EoN subscribtion.

    No, it didn't. I have tried to install Kodi 20 with pvr 20.76 and Kodi 21 with the latest pvr update. None of those worked. The only way I can see the channels loading is when I install pvr 20.61 on Kodi 21 login and it loads the channels, as a list but never plays a channel the error appears. however when I uninstall the addon 20.61 and install the latest 21.78 it blinks for a second and then same error shows up. : one or more errors.. check the log for more information.

    On theory the 20 61 should work with kodi 20. I've tried installing it on 20.2, 20.5 - same result
