I have Maven Matrix working great for me.
Installed Nexus today, however it shows as different app on my Android UI.
Is there a way to "upgrade" and not install in parallel?
all my customization are there -

From my experimentation I can confirm that 19.4 and up has the issue. Although the stutters can be very uncommon (like maybe takes 30mins to get one), but sometimes more frequent as well.I tried a bit of 19.1 and 19.2 with no luck replicating the issue. I'll try to do more thorough experimentation, but according to my quick tests, I'm thinking either 19.3 or 19.4 caused the issue. Although I have not tested nearly enough yet to say this for a fact.
But at least I've been able to watch a full movie without an audio stutter. And this would never ever happen to me with 19.4 and up.Also, you said E-AC3 Atmos. I think I remember the issue happening with E-AC3 Atmos as well, but I've only been testing TrueHD Atmos for now.
Might have finally fixed the issue using latest Maven's build AND applying those settings on my Shield 2019 pro:
RECOMMENDED SHIELD AUDIO SETTINGS- Dolby processing = OFF
- Match content resolution = ON (only in FW 9.x)
- Audio video sync = 0 ms
- Play comfort noise on HDMI = OFF

Verliert Ihr auch die Systemtöne im Menü wenn Ihr das Komfortrauschen in den Shield Audiosettings abschaltet?
Der Fix dürfte im aktuellen Maven Release doch noch garnicht drin sein, oder? Der wäre ja erst in den 20er nightlies vom
19.01. und der letzte Maven ist noch 18.01. -

Ich muss gestehen, dass ich den Überblick verloren habe.
Wollte auf der Shield 2019 die bereits im PlayStore verfügbare Kodi 20 installieren. Geht aber nicht, die Shield meine letzte MavenBuild (vom 18.01) als Hauptintsallation erkennt.
Auch blicke ich nicht (mehr) durch welche Versionen nativ DV unterstützen (lokale und Onlinemedien) - kann das die offizielle 20er jetzt?
Und dann gibts da noch Versionen, die Ruckler (Bild und Ton) eliminieren sollen:

also ich weiss nur das die offizielle 20er kein DV nativ von lokalen kann. Das kann nur Mavens Version. Die 21er aus dem Store hingegen unterstützen das

Nein, bei meinem Maven Nexus (18.01.23) passiert das nicht.
Völlig egal welche KODI Version, selbst die Shield Systemtöne sind nicht mehr hörbar, bzw. meine Vorstufe bekommt
kein Audiosignal mehr. Normal wird PCM 2CH erkannt, hier dann nur none. -

Kodi 19 (Matrix) und 20 (Nexus) offiziell (nicht Maven) = keine DV Unterstützung für zum Beispiel .mp4 und .mkv Dateien ...aber ab Kodi Leia offiziell schon Dolby Vision Unterstützung für Streaming Dienste.

@Maven your build is beautiful very fast but the only thing is no bluray menu support even tho is says it is and from to time to time your build crashes when using seren and others. It may be just the addons and not your build

It was already mentioned here by an other user, but I'd like to say it again and more clearly since it's a really big deal for many users:
Apparently the audio/video stuttering/desync issues (on Nvidia Shield) are solved and fixed as per this post on the Kodi forums

Unfortunately though, these fixes will likely take forever to make it into a "usable" official Kodi version (not a nightly Omega build). In my opinion, backporting the fixes into the Nexus custom build here would be very valuable and preferable over using a v21 nightly/custom build. And I think this because using v21 this early can be very problematic for e.g. addons and skins. Some will simply not work. Also the fixes

Der Aspekt war für mich nicht gerade wichtig...sondern das man durch den anderen Packetnamen der Builder halt parallel laufen lassen kann...ohne das man dabei ein Kodi(nerds) Build einfach überschreibt.
Um das herauszufinden mußte einfach diese Builder parallel installieren und nutzen.

Ich hatte in der Vergangenheit schon einmal angeregt für den APK-Downloader im Kodi ein Option zu schaffen, welche es ermöglicht das Download-Verzeichnis Manuel anzupassen.
Hast du dieses Feature noch auf dem Schirm @Maven oder wäre die Umsetzung zu aufwendig?

Oder muss ich mir wieder sorgen machen, dass anschließend die Hälfte nicht mehr funktioniert?
