@MrMagic
I have integrated the changes in my matrix builds.Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, muss dazu auch noch ein Addon in Kodi installiert werden.
64 bits (AARCH64) addon
32 bits (ARM) addon -

Thank you Marven for your work.
Which matrix buikd incorporates this change? The ones in the matrix 19.1 folder dated 20210508 or the others outside the Matrix 19.1 folder? -
@Ragico
The builds inside the main folder. -
-
@Maven Thanks for your quick response! Will test it tonight.
-
@Marven
Google Chromecast with Google TV
Installed your kodi 19.1.
The DV mkv Mel play perfectly.
The DV mkv Fel stop after 2/3 seconds,
Both Mel and Fel DV mkv play correctly in Plex.
Is there any reason for that?
Thank you -

I have integrated the changes in my matrix builds.I tested it just now but it doesn't seem to work. To be clear, this is the build you are talking about right?
kodinerds-20210530-e6ed261b05-Matrix-arm64-v8a.apk 6/3/2021 2:01 am
I installed the JRE addon and it looks like it successfully runs:
Zitat2021-06-03 19:03:49.247 T:20155 INFO <general>: CPythonInvoker(2, /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/http://net.kodinerds.maven.kodi/files/.kodi/ad…ice.jre/main.py): script successfully run
But I don't think it actually extracts the j2re-image.zip file and puts the files in the right place. Because the build of fandagos first copies the zip file to the Kodi temp directory and I don't see that happening here.

@MrMagic
Yes, that is the build that I mean.Here my changes:

Been doing some [definition=12,2]debugging[/definition], but I cannot get blu-ray menus to work.
See my post here: https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php…1346#pid3041346
Although everything looks the same between fandagos and the Maven builds, it looks like Java is not being properly loaded.
Because when I go into the Settings and then to Player -> Discs -> Blu-ray playback mode and choose "Show Blu-ray menu", an error is displayed: "There was an error encountered loading Java."
When I do the same in fandagos' build, that error is not displayed.

@catshome Thank you for pointing me to the new builds. I first tried the one in the Matrix folder, but that one has had the libbluray changes removed I think.
Then I noticed there is a separate blu-ray test version in the Test folder, so I tried that one. I noticed it's only a 32-bit version, so I installed the 32-bit version of the Java addon too.
But unfortunately, blu-ray menus still won't work with this version. When selecting "Show blu-ray menu" in Settings -> Player -> Disc, the error "There was an error encountered loading Java" is displayed.
I checked the special://xbmcbin directory and the Java addon is present there.
Maybe the Shield requires 64-bit Java and won't work with 32-bit, but I am not sure about that.
Would be cool if @Maven could build a 64-bit test version too.

are you guys sure maven has build in the bluray patch, which fandagos has done in his build?

Well, I created a "test" addon based on the Hello World addon that prints the values of the extra Java-related environment variables that are set in fandagos build and those are present in the latest build from @Maven that is currently located in the Test folder.
Other than that I cannot tell, but according to the link @catshome posted just above, the changes are there.
I just have a feeling that fandagos forgot to mention something maybe, because even with the changes present and the Java addon installed, it seems Kodi still can't load Java.
Test addon to display the environment variables located here: https://www111.zippyshare.com/v/qgaQnF1Y/file.html

@MrMagic
I'm trying to build with Fandangos' libbluray version.
However, I get errors at the end of the build process, which is why I removed the changes from the matrix builds. -
@Maven Ok I understand. I saw your question and fandangos answer on the Kodi forum. Hopefully you can get a successful build with his hint.

@MrMagic
There's a new build in my test folder. Can you try again with that? -
@marven
I tested it on the Google Chromecast with GoogleTv (32 bit version) and it works properly- I tried "The Lord of the Rings The Return of the King part1 iso DolbyVision"
It plays perfectly with menu etc. It plays in Hdr and not in DV
But there is no way to stop the film once it starts. The usual kodi player interface does not appear on the screen.
Thank you -
